The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced key milestones in its ongoing teacher recruitment exercise, with shortlisted candidates expected to be named by July 20.

In a statement issued on June 23 and signed by the Deputy Director-General for Management Services, Prof. Smile Dzisi, the Service said it was currently reviewing applications submitted by prospective teachers.

According to GES, the assessment process is aimed at ensuring that all applicants meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the recruitment advertisement.

The review is expected to be completed by 30 June.

The Service also thanked applicants for their patience during the recruitment process and encouraged them to continue monitoring official GES communication channels for updates.
