    Accra's skyline is undergoing its most dramatic transformation in decades. Five major mixed-use developments in the central business district are nearing completion, adding over 200,000 square metres of commercial and residential space.

    The towers, ranging from 20 to 35 stories, represent a new era for Accra's urban landscape and a vote of confidence in Ghana's commercial real estate market despite recent economic challenges.
